If you are a registered TinBo user and you purchase a SM Giftpass 1000 voucher through the Tindahan ni Bossing (“TINBO”) Website or App during the Promo Period, you may qualify to receive a unique e-gift code that can be used to purchase a 1-pc Chicken McDo with Rice Small Meal at 50% off, subject to the Promo Terms and Conditions.
As we run the Promo, we process your personal data only for the purposes and legal bases described below:
1. Promo Eligibility and Verification
When you participate in the Promo by completing a qualifying TinBo transaction, we process your name, registered and/or provided email address, and transaction details (including purchase amount and date/time) to determine if your transaction qualifies for the Promo and to ensure accurate processing of your participation.
2. Reward Distribution
If your transaction qualifies for the Promo, we process the email address you provided when purchasing the transaction qualifying for the Promo to generate and deliver the unique e-gift code via email (Delivery may take up to three (3) business day/s) after the qualifying transaction is successfully processed, which can be used to claim the 1-pc Chicken McDo with Rice Small Meal at 50% off.
3. Fraud Prevention and Compliance
We process your account information and transaction details to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or suspicious activities, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

To administer the Promo efficiently and securely, we may share your personal data with the following authorized partners and service providers:
1. Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”)
We use AWS tools and secure cloud environments to support the processing and validation of qualified transactions and the secure storage of promo codes. This may involve transmitting limited information such as registered name and transaction details solely for promo eligibility verification.
2. Our Merchant Partner – Giftaway Inc. (“Giftaway”)
We have engaged the services of Giftaway as the provider and transaction fulfiller of the SM Giftpass vouchers. They may process your data when you purchase an SM Giftpass voucher through TinBo and will keep it in their records in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3. Our Merchant Partner - ShareTreats, Inc. (“ShareTreats”)
ShareTreats is Tinbo’s accredited partner for the provision of the Mcdonald’s vouchers and promo codes. When you purchase these vouchers through TinBo, your transaction information, the mobile number of the recipient, the email address of the recipient should you decide to provide them, and the personal message addressed to the recipient, if applicable, may be shared with ShareTreats to validate the success, authenticity, and completion of the voucher transaction.
ShareTreats processes this information only to support the fulfillment of voucher transactions.
4. Affiliates and Authorized Representatives of PGI
Authorized PGI representatives may access necessary personal information such as your registered name, email address, billing address should you decide to provide such data, and transaction details solely for purposes related to verifying transactions, coordinating promo fulfillment, payment fulfillment, or responding to customer support inquiries.
5. Email and Messaging Service Providers
We may use third-party communication platforms to send emails or notifications related to the Promo. These providers may process your email address, the mobile number of the recipient, the email address of the recipient should you decide to provide them, and the personal message addressed to the recipient, if applicable, only for the purpose of sending promo-related communications.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties outside of PLDT OL and PGI except in special circumstances where you may have given your consent for, and as described in this statement.

The said vouchers and/or promo codes shall be redeemed via the Vivamax website and shall also be subject to the Privacy Notice of Vivamax.
