SVN OUTBOUND CALLS TO THE PHILIPPINES

Get a 30-Day Smart Virtual Number (SVN) with free inbound calls, SMS, and OTPs from the Philippines, plus up to 12 outbound calls to Philippine mobile numbers (maximum of five (5) minutes per call).

Promo Period

• The Promo is valid from August 12, 2026, to October 30, 2026 (Promo Period).

Eligibility

The Promo is open only to selected Tinbo users in the Middle East who:

• Are included in the approved list, and
• Purchased the Promotional SVN Free Calls 30-Day Plan (USD 1.50).

Promo Offer

Eligible users who successfully purchase the Promotional SVN 30-Day Plan + Calls to PH (USD 1.50) will receive:

• One (1) Smart Virtual Number (SVN) valid for thirty (30) days
• One (1) time entitlement to twelve (12) outbound calls to Philippine mobile numbers with maximum of five (5) minutes per outbound call for thirty (30) days from the successful purchase of the promotional plan or until all twelve (12) call allocations have been consumed, whichever comes first
• Free unlimited inbound calls, SMS and OTPs from the Philippine mobile numbers for thirty (30) days

Promo Mechanics

1. Eligible users will receive a campaign notification via Email, WhatsApp, Viber, or an in-app/web banner.
2. Users may purchase the Promotional SVN 30-Day Plan + Calls to PH (USD 1.50).
3. The Outbound Calls entitlement shall be activated only after successful purchase of the promotional plan.
4. The promo may only be availed once per eligible user.

Outbound Calls Usage

• Maximum of twelve (12) outbound calls.
• Maximum of five (5) minutes per call.
• Calls to approved government hotlines (e.g., OWWA and IACAT) will not be deducted from the promotional call allocation.
• Calls that are not successfully connected will not consume a call allocation.
• Calls exceeding five (5) minutes will automatically end.

Validity

• The Outbound Calls entitlement is valid for thirty (30) days from successful purchase of the Promotional SVN 30-Day Plan + Calls to PH or until all twelve (12) call allocations have been consumed, whichever comes first.
• Unused call allocations shall expire after the validity period and will not be carried over, refreshed, or renewed.
• Once all twelve (12) outbound calls have been consumed or the 30-day validity expires, the promotional Outbound Calls entitlement will automatically end.

Coverage

• The promo applies exclusively to TinBo users who successfully purchased the promotional SVN 30-Day Plan + Calls to PH (USD 1.50).
• The promo only applies to Smart Virtual Number Stock Keeping Units ("SKU") and is not valid for any other TinBo SKUs or products.

General Terms

• The promo offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Tinbo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promo in cases of fraud, abuse, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Tinbo reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify accounts found to be in violation of the promo mechanics.

Liability

• PLDT Online (“PLDT OL”) shall not be responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, incorrect user details, or system errors that may affect participation.
• PLDT OL is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from participation in the Promo or use of the promo code.

Modification and Termination

• PLDT OL reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promo at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by PLDT OL regarding qualifications, and Promo mechanics are final and binding.
